Robust and reliable PT100 temperature sensor for demanding applications

This universal Class A PT100 temperature sensor is specially developed to offer superior performance and durability in harsh environments. With its compact design (6x50 mm) and 1 metre cable length, it is ideal for a variety of applications where accurate temperature measurement is essential.

Unique Design for Optimal Function:

What sets this sensor apart is our proprietary design in co-operation with the manufacturer. The sensor is encased in a hardened two-component solution that fills the entire stainless steel pocket. This provides a number of significant advantages over sensors that use shrink tubing:

  • Absolute Waterproofing (IP68): The moulded-in sensor ensures a completely sealed construction that effectively protects against moisture and liquid ingress.
  • Improved Heat Transfer: The direct contact between the sensor and the stainless steel pocket ensures optimal heat transfer, resulting in faster and more accurate measurements.
  • Easy Installation: The precise sizing allows the sensor to be easily mounted in standard 6mm temp pockets or compression fittings without any problems.
