Shipping and Deliveries

We use Postnord consistently for our deliveries, and you are always offered the lowest possible shipping cost directly at checkout. When choosing a shipping alternative, a number of different options may be shown. You can choose the option you prefer, but please note and compare prices as they can vary significantly between, for example, Varubrev and Postnord Parcel. For customers from abroad, normally only one shipping option is offered.

Our order handling normally works as follows: If you order and pay on a Monday, we usually see the payment in our account on Tuesday afternoon. Since the shipping company picks up packages around lunchtime, your package will be dispatched on Wednesday morning.

Delivery Times:

- Varubrev within Sweden (under 3 kg):

Normally dispatched within 24 hours (business days). Orders placed during weekends are sent on the first following working day. Postnord normally delivers Varubrev within 24–48 hours. Varubrev that are too bulky for the mailbox may be delivered in a bag attached to the outside of the mailbox, which Postnord verifies with a photo upon delivery to private individuals. In some cases, Varubrev must be picked up at a Postnord distribution point near you.

- Servicepoint:

Normally packed within 24 hours and sent on business days. Postnord delivers normally within 48 hours throughout Sweden. The package is trackable all the way.

- Postnord Parcel (Business package):

Normally dispatched within 24 hours and delivered the next working day before 16.00. It is required that a recipient is present on-site to receive the delivery.

- International deliveries:

Customers from outside Sweden will normally receive their delivery 3–7 working days after dispatch. However, this can vary depending on local customs handling and international freight partners.

Dare you to pay in advance?

Energibutiken is the result of the owner's operation of the discussion forum www.varmepumpsforum.com. We have started a dedicated forum topic addressing whether you can rely on getting the goods you have ordered in our shop. You can read the discussion and customer feedback here Dare to pay in advance?. (The thread is in Swedish, but you can easily use Google Translate to read the answers).

Payment via Svea Bank (Other payment methods)

We cooperate with Svea Bank AB (556158-7634) for several of our other payment methods at checkout (does not apply to our own direct invoice for companies above). When paying via Svea services, handling takes place according to their established terms. For questions about these payments or any disputes, please contact Svea Bank customer support. In cases where you choose a payment method handled by or transferred to Svea Bank, your personal data will be shared with them. Svea Bank is then the personal data controller for that processing. Warranty and Complaints

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, both new and used. As a private consumer, you also have a 3-year right to file a complaint against manufacturing defects on new products in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Always contact us before returning a warranty item, as we can often solve the problem remotely without you having to send the product back for evaluation.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

We naturally want everything to be right. If you shop as a private individual, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

How to withdraw from your purchase:

To make it as smooth as possible, we have added a digital withdrawal function here on the site. You will find a direct link to it in the footer at the bottom of the screen or under your pages if you are logged in. When you use the function and submit your request, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation via email that we have received it.

How to send the item back:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. In order for us to handle your case as quickly as possible when the package arrives, we ask you to include a note in the package. On the note, please write:

  • - That the return relates to a withdrawal
  • - Your name
  • - Your invoice number
  • - A short line about why you choose to return the item

Then send the package to the following address:

Web Info Quality EU AB

Skidvägen 13

944 93 Hemmingsmark

Sweden

Practical information:

Please note that the product and its original packaging must be in mint condition when it arrives to us. The customer after you naturally wants to receive a completely new and unused product. You have the right to carefully open the packaging and inspect the item. However, if you have used or installed the product so that we cannot sell it onward at full price, we have the legal right to make a depreciation deduction from your refund (up to 100% if the item has become completely unsellable).

A clear example:

If you connect an electricity meter so that its counter starts ticking and no longer stands at zero, the product is considered used. We cannot sell such a meter as new to the next customer, and this will lead to a significant depreciation deduction.

For business customers:

Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal and the digital withdrawal function only apply to purchases made by private individuals. For business customers, we apply the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (Köplagen) and ordinary business terms.

Unclaimed Letters or Packages

If you do not pick up your package, we will charge you for the actual round-trip shipping costs plus 50 SEK for administrative costs. If the invoice is not paid on time, it will be forwarded to debt collection. Keep in mind that Postnord normal storage time is 7 days before the package goes in return.
